Shop Policies

I appreciate your interest in my work. This page will give you detailed information on shipping and returns.



Your new art will be shipped within three to five business days. Often times I ship prints out faster. Transit times will vary and I will pass on tracking information as soon as possible.

Any customs, brokerage fees and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.



Each special piece is insured for your peace of mind.

If a package is lost, the customer (you) will receive a refund after an insurance claim is filed by the artist (me) and it’s successfully processed. 

If the piece is small enough, it is packaged carefully in crystal clear archival sleeves with foam board (or a stiff paper depending on the item’s requirements) and usually sent flat. If the artwork is larger (original paintings) it's wrapped with protective paper and bubble wrap. However, if damage is incurred during transit please let me know immediately and I will attempt to work with you to resolve the problem. I will need photographs of the artwork and packaging.

In the event that the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to collect their package from the post office and it is returned to the artist, the customer must contact the artist immediately if they still want their purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying the necessary shipping costs to resend the artwork. If the customer would like a refund instead, the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order you can return it within ONE WEEK for a refund. Your order is subject to a 20% restocking fee (20% of the item’s price will not be refunded to the customer). The customer is responsible for return shipping. The returning item must be sent out with tracking and delivery confirmation within one week of receipt.

Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with no damage in order to be eligible for a refund. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. The partial refund of the piece will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

The artist cannot accommodate exchange requests at this time.


Additional Policies

Please keep in mind that I attempt to keep the color in the photographs as close as possible to the color of the artwork. However, the color may render differently depending on your screen settings and the capabilities of your device/monitor.

I do not sell wholesale. If you see my art for sale somewhere other than my website, my Society6 store, or my Etsy store please let me know as soon as possible so that I can take action. I enjoy only selling directly to the customer.

Please remember that I, the artist, Nikki Starwalker, retain all rights to reproduce all of the artwork I've created. Please do not copy the artwork or distribute images of it for sale.
